In the Windows Defender Firewall window, you will find the link for “Help protect your computer with Windows Defender Firewall”. Now, click on this option and select “Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off” link from the queue window.

Step 6:

Afterward, navigate to Customize Settings and select the “Turn off Windows Defender Firewall (not recommended)” option. You will find this option under both ‘Private network settings’ and ‘Public network settings’, which you have to disable. 

Step 7:

  • After clicking these checkboxes, click on the “Clear Cache” option from the queue window. This will remove all the content within the Chrome browser cache memory.
  • Finally, close all the windows and then open the Google Chrome browser to access the Spotify web player. Then check whether the issue gets eliminated or not.
